We aim to ensure all our customers are happy with every purchase from Art World Online but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.
Amending or cancelling an order:
We can only amend and cancel orders before they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an existing order please contact us via email, message or phone and our customer service team will attempt to resolve this for you.
Unwanted item returns:
Art World Online offer a 30 day return policy. If you no longer require an item ordered from us then please contact the team via email, message or phone and post the item(s) back, at your own expense, to:

Please ensure that the products arrive with us in their original saleable condition and within 30 days from receipt of your order. Customers must obtain proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect item returns:
Should your order arrive containing damaged, faulty or incorrect good contact Art World Online within 14 days and we will rectify this as soon as possible. Please have your order number and detail of the issues to hand.
We may ask for photo(s) of the damaged/faulty item so ensure the photo(s) are clear and the issue is shown.
For damaged and faulty items we offer a refund or replacement and customer will not be liable for return postage costs.
